Terms of Service
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
Warplet provides infrastructure for exposing local MCP servers through Cloudflare Tunnel. Before using this service, you must understand and agree that:
- The service may experience downtime, interruptions, or degraded performance.
- Cloudflare Tunnel, your local network, your Mac, and MCP servers may behave unexpectedly or fail.
- You are solely responsible for your MCP server configurations, bearer tokens, tunnel URLs, local devices, and connected third-party services.
- If your bearer token, tunnel URL, AI client configuration, or local device is compromised, third parties may be able to authenticate and access the local MCP servers you exposed through Warplet.
- Warplet is not responsible for what accesses your Mac, local MCP servers, files, apps, tools, or data through a tunnel you configured or credentials you shared, leaked, or failed to secure.
- The service is provided as a connectivity and tunnel provisioning tool only.
- Critical applications should have backup access and deployment strategies.
- We take no responsibility for consequences of MCP server failures, tool behavior, AI client actions, or unavailable tunnels.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Warplet ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the limitations stated above. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Subscription Services
Service tiers:
- Free or trial access, if offered, may include limited sessions, devices, routes, or resources.
- Warplet Pro provides access to paid features such as expanded or unlimited tunnel usage, subject to fair use and technical limits.
Subscription terms:
- Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and managed with RevenueCat.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Prices, feature limits, and included resources may change with notice where required.
3. Usage Rules
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- Keep your bearer tokens, tunnel URLs, device credentials, and AI client configurations confidential and secure.
- Do not attempt to compromise, scan, overload, or disrupt Warplet, Cloudflare infrastructure, MCP servers, AI clients, or other users.
- Do not use the Service to violate third-party rights, licenses, platform policies, or applicable laws.
- Do not use Warplet for malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, denial-of-service activity, or cryptocurrency mining without explicit written permission.
- Do not use the Service for purposes unrelated to connecting legitimate AI clients to MCP servers, or in ways that materially differ from what Warplet is built to provide.
- Comply with all MCP server, AI client, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, Apple, and other third-party terms that apply to your use.
- Monitor your tunnels, local servers, and connected tools for appropriate security and resource usage.
4. User Content and Data
- You retain ownership of your MCP server configurations, local data, prompts, responses, and other content.
- Warplet processes tunnel and routing data solely to provide the Service.
- Your MCP traffic may pass through Cloudflare Tunnel and your local Warplet app; the Warplet provisioning database does not store MCP request or response bodies.
- Bearer token authentication protects tunneled MCP routes, but a leaked bearer token can allow whoever has it to authenticate to those routes.
- You are solely responsible for the content, permissions, and behavior of local MCP servers and AI clients connected through Warplet.
- We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, unauthorized access caused by leaked credentials or your configuration, or actions taken by third-party MCP servers, AI clients, or other authenticated parties.
- Do not expose sensitive or confidential systems without proper authorization, security controls, and review.
5. Technology and Limitations
You explicitly acknowledge that:
- The Service relies on Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare D1, Cloudflare DNS, Cloudflare Tunnel, and the bundled cloudflared connector.
- Your Mac must be online and the Warplet app, local proxy, cloudflared process, network, and target MCP server must be functioning.
- MCP servers and AI clients are third-party software with their own limitations, terms, failures, and security properties.
- Network connectivity, Cloudflare incidents, Apple App Store issues, RevenueCat issues, operating system changes, or resource limits may affect availability.
- Performance may vary based on local machine load, network conditions, Cloudflare routing, and target server behavior.
- Tunnels, devices, hostnames, or subscriptions may be limited, suspended, or terminated for abuse, excessive resource usage, non-payment, or legal compliance reasons.
6. Intellectual Property
- The Service, app, website, names, branding, and infrastructure remain our exclusive property or the property of our licensors.
- Warplet trademarks and branding may not be used without permission.
- Your configurations and content remain your intellectual property.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:
- Fitness for any particular purpose.
- Reliability, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
- Security, data integrity, or absence of unauthorized access.
- Quality, compatibility, or consistency of service.
- Correctness or safety of third-party MCP servers, AI clients, or tool outputs.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for damages arising from Service use or inability to use the Service.
- We are not responsible for consequences of tunnel failures, local server failures, AI client actions, or MCP tool behavior.
- We are not liable for data loss, corruption, exposure, or unauthorized access caused by your configuration or third-party services.
- We are not responsible for Cloudflare, RevenueCat, Apple, MCP servers, AI clients, or other third-party service behavior.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Service-Specific Terms
- These terms are between you and Warplet only.
- Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.
- You must comply with all applicable third-party terms, including Cloudflare, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, AI client, and MCP server terms.
- cloudflared and other bundled or linked open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
11. Suspension and Termination
The Warplet team may suspend or terminate any account, device, hostname, tunnel, subscription access, or other Service access at any time if we believe, in our sole discretion, that a violation, abuse, security risk, legal risk, or misuse has occurred or is likely to occur. This includes using the Service for purposes other than what Warplet is built for, attempting to bypass limits, or creating risk for Warplet, Cloudflare, third-party services, other users, or the public.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by United States law, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
